PanteraKitty has provided us with some interesting automotive personal history.
Here it is folks: First car was 1959 Simca Aronde
Fun Cars:
1958 Chebby Impala convertible
1962 Chebby Impala Convertible
1973 Plymouth Valiant - First car that I ran in an autocross.
First Honda 1972 AZ 600 Coupe
From 1978 to 1984 neighbors questioned my sanity with 3 yellow Hondas in my possession. 2 were AZ 600 Coupes and the third was a 1978 Civic CVCC
Another fun car was my 1998 Escort ZX2 Coupe - especially after I found that I could beat up on half of the Porsches entered in the PCA Autocrosses.
Also briefly owned the FireAnt. 1978 Fiesta with 180 HP 1600 Kent crossflow and a couple of webers. Acquired the name FireAnt when it blew an engine on its first track outing. It was doing approximately 145 MPH when the engine blew and caught fire.
And, of course, there is the Pantera. Previous owner has had it up to 200 MPH. I have rarely used the right side of the speedometer. Wife hates it - too noisey.
Sounds like a real "car guy" to me.

Welcome, welcome, what excellent taste you have for the colour of your cars. The best, most perfect, fastest color there is.
It may be cold up here in Michigan, this time of year, but you are warmly welcomed to Vintage.

Welcome! Too bad about the yellow car, but there are still many years to come to your senses, and join us in the refined side of Vintage. Otherwise, granny might just Blue Bayou!

Hey Park, you're a member too. Let's all take him if he ever shows up for a meet with the Blue Bayous in attendance, okay?

.... but a clothes dryer not heating pulled me away from that project. I'm beginning to wish I was still working.
