Ok, I'll tell you a coupla things. He took the opportunity while you were gone to show his GREENER side. Know this! In his leadership capacity Bill has been cleaning up the environment and lessening the demand for fossil fuel by decreeing that all SUVs and Pickups be caaarushed!! He has only contempt for any tolerance for those vehicles on the road, and only grants exceptions by special indulgence...( I don't agree with that. I would make Val crush BOTH of her SUVs and then go shopping in the S -- or by bicycle!)
Since you were gone, you, of course, didn't have the opportunity to veto the Bill! Even if you might not have agreed.
