It can be parked in the drive, of course. Just can't be left there overnight and at all times.
Does that mean in the summer you'll have to exclusively drive the S or commute to your storage facility to pick up your other vehicle when you want it?

Same here, that is a new one on me. What happens if they have a visitor spend the night, or worse yet a few days?
There's visitor parking sprinkled throught the development. I'm sure having a car there for a few days would be fine. This isn't a NAZI death camp. What ISN'T allowed is someone's car parked outside either in the driveway or in the visitor parking as a permanent spot.

Jerry, we only have a carport at the beach and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the car there (just yet). Maybe when we have a travel schedule that is a little more routine. It might be a good option. I have the Honda car cover. I'm not sure if you would consider that "good quality" or not.

Sadly, yes. Hence, this post. I'm hoping someone has a magic bullet solution. Maybe once the lease is up on the BMW we'll go down to just the S and the Acura. Who knows.

I'm in a condo and we are allowed to "store" in our driveway. I have 4 cars and in the winter I store two of them in neighbor's garages. We have lots of snowbirds here. I offer to pay but one is glad to let me use it and the other requests I check on their furnace once in a while and water a couple of plants. Not ideal but works for me. I have used close-by rental places that cost 50 bucks for a 10x20, which leaves enough room for a jetski and a motorcycle or two. Suggestion is to get to know your neighbors.

If your garage has a high loft ceiling, how about one of those pneumatic 'car jacks'? I guess a 12' ceiling height would be required or else:

The 'get to know your neighbors'....looking for a snowbird.....is another good idea

Maybe you'll have a neighbor/someone in the developement that only has 1 car and would rent out the unused portion of their garage to you.

How deep is the garage? My neighbor puts his Miata on tire casters and swings it sideways along the back garage wall, once on casters you can move it with one hand.
His garage is no deeper than 25'

I looked into those once before and forgot about that option. I'll have to look into it again.
