There is a point where trust is necessary! Which is the point where someone can defect. However, there is a way around this...
Simply use escrow! Call your bank, and ask about this great service. It basically uses the bank as a middle-man... then when the bank receives both parties' contribution, it then trades them between the two.
PS: I sold my camry on eBay, worked out great. I also purchased an Integra from eBay... also worked out great. Be sure to contact the sellers/buyers numerous times before the auction ends. Get as much info. as possible on these people.
