The very sad thing is the guy had the P1 for 6 days, not even a week.

Everyone I know in Naples and Marco Island are safe. Most of their homes have extensive flooding and some cars are total. My old hotel on the island is housing the Marco Island police and Fire Dept. There's no internet and power is out. The bridge to Marco Island is still close as of yesterday morning.

Hare for me to feel a ton of sympathy for anyone who can afford a P1 when many have lost everything and some may not see a dime in insurance money.

The Packard Plant demolition starts today in Detroit. Sad but necessary, I think it is a really cool site. I always wanted to get there to check it out but too late I guess.

The number of employees it once supported was unbelievable back in the day.

Meanwhile Ford is building a new plant in South Carolina which will be six million sq feet.

It was pointed out t me that dave would be happy in this https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...ign=2022-09-30
MGA comfort S2000 performance and reliability.
But I'm not sure Dave wants reliability, the tinkering is half the fun.

Nice. Not for me. Just an engineering exercise. If you want an S2000 great; I did. If you want a hot rod; ok. I'm sure my MGA will never bring that kind of money but I would not trade him even for it. Great for people who want to sit at a car show and say . . . look what I have.
