I guess when you drive something that fast you want others to see you coming.

Boy the S2000 cooling system is a pain in the arse. Yesterday I replaced the water pump and I am having a hell of a time bleeding all of the air out of the system. I have done everything the repair manual says to do, twice, and I still am getting very little heat out of the cabin blower.

If you were in the area I'd send you to a good radiator shop I use for the truck. Not sure if they suck out the old or blow it out when they do the flush. Extended Life coolant that is good for 5 yrs. or 150,000 miles.

Do a search in the under the hood forum here Scoots. I believe Billman has a thread on bleeding the system.

Are you using one of these?
Amazon Amazon

Makes getting those last air pockets out so much easier...

I have that same setup and it does make it easier but not perfect.

No. Honda has provided two bleeder spots to remove the air in the system but I always have trouble. I will be back at it tomorrow.

The one bleeder on the firewall is useless and may cause more trouble than it is worth, so I never used it.
