Look at it from this perspective Patty I was chatting with a guy who paid 1,035 for an oil change on his Ferrari California. Then again I pay around 70 for the WRX and a little less for the S, with my coupons

Okay, friends, what do you have to say about this SUV? I've never considered a BMW before. I was told an oil change is $250.
As you may know I've been test driving different vehicles, looking for something to replace my 2017 Honda Pilot with. They were all slow. I thought maybe I should look for something else and notice that consumers likes this car and the BMW X5. I drove both. I like this X3 a lot. Even though the stereo is weak. I'm considering selling 2017 NSX and getting a nicer daily. The X5 was nice but maybe a little bigger than I really need and it was $30,000 more.
We've had a few BMW's, currently have 2 in the household. Good cars. Oil changes will be a bit more at the dealer but they'll always have your back if anything goes wrong. Service intervals tend to be longer on German cars, though cost a bit more.
Regards to the stereo, look for one with the Harmon Kardon system, it is considerably better than the base stereo.

Patty, you got me interested in looking at BMW's, and I found this one, the X4 Coupe SUV.
It's very similar to your Crosstour, which I know you like. You may want to consider this.

BTW, the X5 I like is very similar in color to my 2015 Crosstour. I just got the Costco price sent over. It brought the price down from $73,195 to $68,220. Out the door with the doc fee of $599 it's $68,819. It's amazing to find a vehicle that will discount a car now since some of the Hybrids are at or over list for comparatively inferior cars.

I did it. I added a 7 year full extended warranty and a 5 year maintenance plan. It's fast and has an awesome stereo. I've got a lot of learning ahead of me.

If you want one that scoots (sorry David) check for an X3 M40i, they're very quick.
