Autotrader's top dozen 2022 new cars. The criteria for making the 2022 Best New Cars list: vehicles that provide “significant value” and offer “groundbreaking” features, the report stated.

Below is the list of 12 vehicles, in alphabetical order. Click on the name of the vehicle to visit its webpage.

No 2022 Civic Coupe. Just 4 doors on all the models.

Looks like the Type R will remain a hatchback. If so, I expect a hatchback Sport might also be an option.

Even before, the Sport model came in 2 and 4 doors. No coupes in 2022. Sedan and Hatch, all 4 doors.

I had a 2016 Coupe Touring which I liked, we had a young son and getting into the back was a bit more work, not terrible though.

I have a 2022 Si now which is a sedan and a bit easier to live with. The extra doors do add some utility as I use the rear seats all the time. The four door sedan has a huge trunk and the folding seats make for some serious cargo area. There is a lot of room in the rear seating area, that hatch has a bit more utility.

The new Type R is going to look a lot more mature than the 10th gen, the smaller spoiler is a big improvement. My Si is a blast to drive, looking forward to seeing what the Type R has to offer this year.

OK. I thought so but the first Honda "build yours" page I came to only listed sedans. Now I see that page is linked to from the main Civic build page which offers sedan, hatchback and Si as choices.

Google...Whatchyagonnado.

That's just nuts. A friend of mine in Houston was looking at one a few months back, they had ADM of $125k over sticker. Needless to say he didn't buy it.

A housewife that we know in Houston uses her 2021 G Wagen for taking her kids to school and going to the grocery store. The vehicle was dark grey until she had it wrapped in Pink. It never leaves the city limits. — Even the Pirelli tires are a bit of an overkill! LOL
