if you recently got the oil changed it may simply be a case of a sloppy tech who didn't clean up well.
If a lot of oil got on the undertray it can drip seemingly forever.
Are you insulting my slippers!?! I don't have bananas. I don't like them much.

I don't understand what's going on but on Monday I hope Metric Motors will figure it out.

Yes. It's over 4 years old and has about 64,000 miles on it. 2017 Honda Pilot I bought in September 2017.

Leaky oil pump wasn't considered part of the powertrain warranty - 5 years and 60k miles ? The dealer would not do it as a goodwill warranty item when it was discovered ? That sucks.

They didn't fix anything. They just didn't see where it was leaking.

Dropped my Pilot off with 64,882 miles on it and took home a loaner Subaru Outback with almost 209,000 miles on it. They'll let me know when they figure out what the problem is before starting on the repairs. Oh, the windows and side mirrors are filthy on the loaner! I'm going to clean them all before I drive it again. It's an accident looking to happen when you're driving into the sun, and bad even when you aren't.

1-29-2024. Odo on Outback.

1-29-2024. 2017 Pilot.

On my way to South Carolina and Florida I stopped and looked at a couple of S2000. It felt good to get behind the wheel of those two. Now I have decide what to do.
