it's an '09 with 150K on it. The brakes are redundant. but that doesn't mean you can't lose pedal.

This past weekend, I replaced the Rav4's front brakes (calipers, pads, and rotors). After inspecting the pads on the LS 460, I placed an order for pads and rotors on all four corners. Hope it will be here before this weekend.

I need to do the same thing on my daily drivers, once a year inspection, cleaning, lube. Last year I had my Subaru dealer do it on my WRX as I thought the relatively low cost was worth saving the hassle of me doing it. After my car returned the brakes were spongy as crap, so I swore to never let the dealer touch my brakes again.

I figure that the brakes are kinda important. Worry a bit, about generic products. But, that's just me...
