^7-28-2023. Spotted in Loveland, CO: A 1991 custom cruiser Oldsmobile station wagon. Such a long wagon!

^ I liked 1976 Buick Estate Wagon, 1976 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser, and 1976 Chevrolet Caprice Estate Wagon with clamshell tail gate. Those 70's wagons were the bombs!

GM really managed to do the right design at the wrong time. They were so ugly at the time but now, meh, not so much.

I disagree. I think it may have been better looking at the time. Now it makes me almost retch.

I guess there are still some old cars still hiding out in barns out there in the world even here in Vermont. At the end of our cars n coffee meet this morning I saw one of our regulars had just showed up but didn't see any of his vehicles so I asked him if he walked and he pointed to the 67 camaro convertible that he just bought. The story was he went to buy a tractor and in the barn next to it was this camaro. Turns out the owner wanted to sell it so he picked it up. It's totally original even has the original dealer sticker on the back from 1967. Not sure what he paid for it. 327 with a manual trans not sure if it was a 3 or 4 speed.
