That would certainly be a bad day for anyone.

I've been poking fun at my daughter. She posts all the time on Facebook and it's not unusual for her to get dozens of "likes". I posted the above picture and text on an MGA site. It now has 620 "likes". No one is more surprised than me. She said I would get a pizza if when it reached 200. When it hit 400 she replied: "Haha I would say a pizza, cheese bread, and a double beam with one rock" Love her. Told her she now has to double that order.

That is insane! Actually it is a little bit heavier according to Google the battery weighs 2,923 pounds.

^ The likes keep coming Dave. What's not to like about that car. I know nothing about that car but I like it. It seems like a timeless design, few cars have that.

I have a rental 2022 Audi A5 and it's fun although big. In September I rented one too, in Seattle, but it was a convertible. This one has a moon roof. I learned to put it in sport mode and use the paddle shifters. Much better than using the brakes when it wanted to run over the cute little S2000 in front of me on downhills.

^5-23-2023. Following Jason on The Avenue of the Giants, in Northern California. We drove 154 miles today.

^5-21-2023. At Bear River Casino and Resort in Loleta, California, after driving 285 miles north from Sacramento Airport.

My '06 A6 was one of the few cars I never missed after selling it. It never had issues and I had no problem keeping up with S2000s at a KY meet no matter the hills and curves. I had one very costly wheel I had to replace but I knew nothing would be cheap on high end German cars, so that didn't affect me. I had it for 10 years but only logged 33k miles. It just wasn't a car that I wanted to jump in and drive.

I can understand that. It's good for a rental but I don't want to own one. When I got to Sacramento Airport they told me I could have a Dodge and I said, "No!" The Audi was about five bucks more. I have seen way too many YouTube videos of Dodge Challengers crashing, like this one that happened in Loveland, when I went a day early to the meet.

I have seen that one before. Not good. I would say its their drivers and not the car.

I agree that driver's cause this type of crash but I've seen so many YouTubes of the same thing that it makes me worried that the car has a tendency to turn left under power.
