Staying within the budgetary guidelines.....
or perhaps a GT3 although I haven't driven one. and it doesn't appear that I will in the near future either.
I am thinking about this one. same color but with a wrap. I am slightly uncomfortable with the wrap since I don't really know what is underneath.
I do have a good idea of the package since I have the GTS coupe but it just too damn hard to put the roof down.

I have nothing to add in the restore category. Do you look at new cars online when you're bored? I've been doing it for three days.
My 2017 Pilot has an oil pump leak that started at 50,000 miles. It's not dripping but I can smell it in my garage. Honda told me it would be $1,648 for the oil pump. I don't know if that includes installation, but in any case, it makes me angry and is making me think about jumping ship. I have never replaced any pumps on any of my eleven Hondas. WTF? The more I look at options the more I realize that it's a great vehicle with a problem that is fixable, if it starts to drip. Most replacements for it, in the same price range, are slower by a lot. I've been looking at the Toyota RAV4 Prime XSE. It's a hybrid that you plug in. It gets an average of 38 mpg on 87 octane and goes 0 to 60 in 5.2 seconds vs. around 6 sec for my Pilot. I don't know if the cargo area is large/long enough to fit my ElliptiGO. I'm just having some fun with this. I may wait for a Honda Pilot hybrid.
Autofiles.com and 0 to 60 specs.com have been useful to get comparison data.

From our buddy Jeff at 24/7 Honda Parts, the pump is $200. I have no idea what labor is required for installation, but that sure seems high.
