I briefly got close to trading the Gt S for a GT C roadster, i.e. soft top.
Deal was close to being OK. but then I ran the VIN and realized that the color was not silver but silver magno of the dull flat silver color.
NOPE.

I would buy a G-Wagon, but I don't want to be one of only 14 non-military people in the entire world actually using one in an off-road situation. I get enough strange looks driving the Q7 through the paddocks.

At the other end of the spectrum of the Unimog there is a guy driving around up here in a C-8 Corvette with a ski rack on it. He lucked out as we are having warmer temps than usual here with no snow or freezing rain.
