I deal with this stuff all day long. The only issue I have with this story is that the owner openly admitted not reading or knowing the regulations after he moved to the property. I hear that all day from everyone who violates regulations, I've come to learn that rules are rules and they need to be followed, dumb or silly rules can be changed through a process but until that happens the rules stick.

Unfortunately we just had an owner in Toronto shoot 5-6people in recent days, three of them were Board of Directors for the condo corporation. They were embroiled in various condo disputes, and the condo corp was moving to have the owner removed from the site by asking a court to order the sale of the unit. Things can get out of hand pretty fast when people get pushed too far, it had a very sad result.

No, not really. I went in with my eyes open and knew what I was getting into. What I do like is that for the HOA to change or add any rules they need to have 95% of the home owners agree. That would mean that if 3 homeowner vote against the change or addition it fails.

Someday I think I will regret not buying this car.
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...a-twin-cam-12/

In a way I am glad it went for so much, if it had stayed at $20K, I would really be beating myself up.
but I have nowhere to put it.

Recently, Car and Driver has used it's back page for a feature called What To Buy. Each month they offer a bit of buying advice on a different used enthusiast model. Here is the January 2023 edition, hot out of the mailbox.

I don't think you need to tell anyone here that "hoy news." but they are going for some serious coin now.
I sort of regret selling mine. In retrospect, I don't miss the SL500 but I do miss the S2000.
The GT S is so much more car but you could enjoy the S2000 at sane speeds.
