There is an art form to hanging those tires in place and getting the first lugbolt aligned into place.
They have aluminum posts to align the starting but they bend when you hang that much on them, I want stainless.
Jerry I just hate swapping heavy wheels like that , I know how it can be back-breaking, not having studs is tricky work too. Good luck with it.

We bought a Jetta GLI two years ago and the service department suggested using these when I change over to winter tires:

They are fantastic!

Re-watched the movie about the Tucker. Enjoyed it. We saw one once in a car museum. I think it was in PA.....
Where are the Tuckers

Francis Ford Coppola had a movie museum here in the Napa Valley years ago, and had a Tucker in it. Don’t know if he still has it, and museum is gone.

Tucker - good movie. Cool car - seen one several times at various MI museums.

I actually have two sets of these
Amazon Amazon
that should be showing up today.
You do get one typically that comes with the vehicle but with Mercedes they are typically aluminum and they simply aren't strong enough.
They bend when the wheel-tire combo weighs around 50-60 lbs and become useless. ask my why I know this.
The ones I ordered are steel so should hold up better and also have the nice little hole in the end which makes them easier to rotate in and out.
