I have two SUV's to change over.
I've just been lazy. I will say in my defense though, those 21" wheels and tires are damn heavy and the Benz don't studs, they have threads and bolts.
There is an art form to hanging those tires in place and getting the first lugbolt aligned into place.
They have aluminum posts to align the starting but they bend when you hang that much on them, I want stainless.

We bought a Jetta GLI two years ago and the service department suggested using these when I change over to winter tires:

Re-watched the movie about the Tucker. Enjoyed it. We saw one once in a car museum. I think it was in PA.....

You do get one typically that comes with the vehicle but with Mercedes they are typically aluminum and they simply aren't strong enough.
They bend when the wheel-tire combo weighs around 50-60 lbs and become useless. ask my why I know this.
The ones I ordered are steel so should hold up better and also have the nice little hole in the end which makes them easier to rotate in and out.
