Southwest is good.
I like United when I fly enough to get into the premium coach and exit row.
Frontier and northwest are flying cattle cars.
no leg room whatsoever.
I don't know when they poured the concrete in the Frontier seats but it was the most uncomfortable seat I have ever been in.

^^^I agree re: British Airways. Our one (and only) experience with them was phenomenal (we even got an upgrade to Business Class when circumstances caused us to delay our trip by one day...long story, but not their fault.)

Year's ago BA ran a special, if you paid for a 1st class ticket from New York to London, you received a one way ticket on the Concorde. Unfortunately, in those days, all my flight originated in Europe and in order to get the Concorde flight, it had to originate in New York.

I think Southwest is OK. Lufthansa will do. Aeroflot international is OK, but avoid domestic legs. Years ago when I flew a whole lot, I always thought the Japanese, Singapore, and Quantas were the best by a wide margin.
