We get a monument in 2006 and bombers visiting Cuba and Venezuela in 2009.
Putin's a killer--someone who invades other countries just to make a point. He puts down insurrections without the world press present, and without regard to collateral damage. Forgive me for being blunt, but I think this monument is Putin playing a joke on America.
BTW, have I earned the title of resident S2K crackpot yet?
