With all the bad news lately I thought it time for some good.
This is interesting…
The Ventures, a rock band from the 50's and 60's, had a hit song called "Walk, Don't run."
Their original 17 year old drummer left after 8 months and went into the Air Force.
He's now a four star General.
He came back to play with them again, in uniform...... Watch it at this link below.

Good video. They did not mention part of the reason that George Babbitt left the group was he was not old enough to play in the night clubs that they were booked in.

According to the video, the "good news" seems to be from 1998. I wonder how the General is doing now?
