I hope this is someone's idea of a joke.

I'd sure hate it, but, I'm sure that the bean counters have figured out they'd sell more this way. A case in point, Ford sold twice as many T-birds in 58 (opposed to 57) because of the addition of the rear seats. Of course this will ruin the car for us, but, you have to remember that there are a lot more of "them" then "us"

on that idea. maybe use the base design for an entirely new car, but I don't like that kind of a change to the S2K

Dave, go to the link you provided and then click on the link to see a factory special Murano race an S2000. That was pretty interesting.

20" wheels with low profile tires - I suspect it would be a buck-board ride. Boy, for a minute there I thought they were going to say it would beat the S2000. I took one of those Nissan's out for a test drive just to see what that tranny would be like.... but as you may guess I'm no SUV lover and I found the CVT slow too.

4th post.... but 1st on Vintage (I don't check the forums).

Man, that picture of the four-seat S sure redefines "rear-seat legroom", from the looks of it. HPH
