Ordered mine on aug 25th it came in today! 
Sweet and to make it even better the first state and the first drives outlined in the book are right here in Maine

I too received mine yesterday the 19th of Sept. I had requested it on 14 August. Not shabby considering this $25 book was a freebie
It does a good job of documenting some great drives here in the Black Hills area too.
