The 24th "might" be doable, but I'll have to verify with +1 and other fam-damily members as to the schedule for late July. My sister-in-law and her family plus my MIL are going to Hawaii the end of July; I disremember if they are leaving the weekend of the 24th or the weekend of the 31st. We need to be home to take care of pets, etc.
