I haven't been on that long...pretty impressive. Maybe Vintage can take some of the credit. 
Although there are certainly alot more owners out there now since they are making so many more of the cars.

How is it that they can sell an S a day? Out here with our sunny weather, they only get a few Ss in for the month. I saw 2 Ss in Baltimore on Sunday. If I see 2 here in one day it's highly unusual.

I am SO glad this didn't happen last Friday, when I we were on our way to Baltimore.
My son broke his arm during PE class today. He's all fixed up now and the pain hasn't kicked in yet. He was playing a version of baseball, where they use a tape ball. (They can throw the ball at kids to get them out.) He ran from 1st to 2nd base and somehow fell. He said he knew it was broken because of the way it moved when he hit the ground. He broke his left radius bone, just above the wrist, and the Dr. injected novacaine there so he could push on it to close the gap in the break, before casting it.
Two years ago, he broke his left arm at the growth plate near his shoulder, again in PE class at school. He is hard on his equipment.
He goes to Kauai, 6 weeks from tomorrow, with Andy. Good timing since should be done with casts in 6 weeks.
Ya know what's weird? Andy called me today to ask if Kyle was trying to get in touch with him. Kyle had left his cell phone at home, turned off, so there was no way he could have beeped him, although it showed on Andy's phone that he had. The school called me at home but I was out running, so they got Andy on his cell phone and he drove 60 miles (in 45 minutes) to get him to the Drs. I was there before the cast.

Good grief Patty, I'm glad he's ok. He sounds like my niece, she's going on 16, heavily into sports, and seems to spend more time injured than healthy and playing.

Sorry to hear about Kyle's accident. Liz is a physical therapist and as I was reading this to her she told me to tell you that:
1. He should choose a fibreglass cast. It stays better against water. It's lighter and more comfortable, and is a better choice overall.
2. Keep checking his thumb and fingers. Make sure that they stay pink and warm. They shouldn't turn blue or get cold although they might get a little swollen.
3. You should expect some swelling and pain. Kyle should keep his hand elevated for the next 24 to 48 hours.
