We spent Friday night through Sunday in the desert near Cuddeback Dry Lake where parts of Hidalgo were filmed. We hid 6 eggs with $5 each and 40 eggs with $1 each in the desert bushes. Pretty lame for a 15, 17 and 19 year-old but we miss having little kids. The weather was gorgeous and perfect. Warm during the day with cool nights. Maybe I'll post a few pics tomorrow.

Hey, Rob, just wondering...are the returns that you do close to April 15th mainly for people who owe taxes? I would guess that those getting refunds had them done earlier? I had my refund direct deposited by the first week in February.

'morning
I hope everyone had a nice Easter. We had the whole family over for breakfast, played some games, watched the Cubs win and went to dinner at a GREAT german restaurant. My brother-in-law and I had what has to be the best beer we've ever had: Weihenstephan from Bavaria. The brewery was founded in 1040 and has been in continuous operation since. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but this stuff rocks!!! It was like drinking a malted, it was so rich and creamy, with no bitterness at all. So good we each had a full liter and then some.
Yummm!!!

TC -- sounds like you had a great Easter!!! And, a big VINTAGE hello to everyone else as well!!! Ours was quiet -- delivered Easter baskets to the grandkids on Saturday (so their parents would get to deal with the upset tummies and sugar highs on Sunday while we were safe at home ). Then had lunch with our youngest yesterday after church -- all in all, a great weekend.
