Put them in flour b4 the egg...then bread them after egg, if you have time, refrig after breading for as long as you can(up to 2 hrs)

Actually, I don't even use egg...just flour them, salt and pepper (delicious with lemon pepper), put them in the pan with a couple dabs of butter and bake. Also good with a sprinkle of cayenne - cajun style. Yummmmmyyy...

Guess I screwed up. Did the egg first. I thought you needed the egg so the flour would stick no? Anyway, they are frying. Too late to bake. How long to fry? Anyone know? P.S. Ex always baked them and they came out aweful. The breading was mushy.

Probably because you used egg...you really don't need it. Anyway, just fry them about 10 minutes on a side over medium heat. That should do it.

Ouch. They've been going for 35 minutes. Oh well, a little shoe leather never hurt anyone eh?

I just sampled a piece. Not too damn bad if I may say so myself. Very tasty and not tough at all. My mom always used to tell me I'd make someone a good wife someday. Her words, not mine, so don't slam me with women's rights comments. (assumptiong being that women cook).
