Our #1 (and only) grandson woke up with a sore throat this morning. Since he's diabetic, +1 is taking him to see his physician this morning, so our departure for South Carolina has been delayed. He loved all of you that he was privileged to meet at the Buckeye and doesn't think we're nutz (yet). He hopes we'll take him to another meet. Looks like I'll be looking into a sidecar for the S.

^ Sorry to hear that, Val...but maybe it gives you a bit of time to rest up after all the excitement!

Resurrecting this old thread with a question.
What or where, did the lady some of us met in the mall at our pit stop in Ohio, during the Buckeye Run post? The one who saw us walking through the mall with the S2000 shirts on, who also had an S2000. I heard that she posted some where but I haven't seen it.

Thank you Tom. I sent her a PM.
How are you doing? I figure this is an off week for you, with one more to go on Chemo?

You're welcome, Patty.
Yep, this is an off week. It's been a real rollercoaster though. The weekend wasn't too bad, I had energy and initiative to work on a couple of projects, but yesterday and today aren't going too good. Side effects seem to be hitting hard right now.
I begin another round of chemo next week Wednesday, and the last round for this cycle is two weeks after that. Then I go through a battery of tests including CAT scans to see how things are going, and once those results are in I will either continue the same chemo protocol, begin a new one, or take a break from everything to let my system recuperate some.
I'm taking things one day at a time...

Tom, I'm trying to think of what to say that won't sound lame. I guess I can't think of anything. You know I (we all) care about you and want you to win this battle. I'm sending my love your way.
