I have had these in the car for about a week and have done some serious high speed tests on them. The noise your talking about is not that bad at all IMO. Infact its close to nothing. So IMO its not an issue.

I have the Tein Flex installed in my car. And the noises you described are the same with my Tein Flex. My car is also really low and my right rear passenger makes a clunk noise....

How low do you have the car?
I have Buddy Clubs installed on my car (slammed) and the suspension is loud as f*ck. Whether crawling over small speed bumps, or normal driving; they make loud noises and small squeaks. Sounds like someone in "dropping" the car off the curb sometimes. Probably the bump-stops

This is a common problem for the ZEAL suspension. They all come in pre-assembled. Installation is very straight forward so the sound is not easily caused by installation. For the amount of money you spent for these suspension, you should not be expecting any sound. I used to be a ZEAL fan and I loved the Super Functions which I used to have in my Civic but for the S2000 imo, it is not developed properly. If you get ZEAL, go for the Super Functions.

mine did make those noises....until I put the washers on top and torqued the bolt over them very tight...no noises ever..they are awesome....you might want to check you upper a-arm clearence...if you "slammed" on BC's it might be rubbing the perch against the a-arm

Sorry to hear about the noise issues. I hated coilover noises (had apex'i and tein in the past), which is why i went with one that did not have a metal top hat.
I remember seeing someone making/selling rubber "top hat" like gaskets that reduce sound. Forgot where I saw it though. Supposed to reduce coilover clunks/squeeks/etc.
