I just got my Zeal B6 got them installed. However, im really dissatisfied right now. Compared to stock, i hate the noise it makes. I go over speed bumps really slowly and i can hear the shocks compress and decompress which makes a squeek (like a rubber duck in a bath tub water squeek) everytime on all four corners. Not just that, everytime im on a bumpy road in San Francisco, i can constantly hear that noise. Also the passenger side rear seems to clunk. First i thought it was the passengers seat belt hitting the door so i buckled it up and still the same noise. I brought it back to the shop, and they are saying "im too picky". However, since these coilovers costed so much $$$, they shouldnt make these noises; right?

I was wondering does anyonehave the same problems? Maybe i got the one bad one out of the hundred? Anyone diagnose this problem or know what i can do?

How low do you have the car?
I have Buddy Clubs installed on my car (slammed) and the suspension is loud as f*ck. Whether crawling over small speed bumps, or normal driving; they make loud noises and small squeaks. Sounds like someone in "dropping" the car off the curb sometimes. Probably the bump-stops

I have the Tein Flex installed in my car. And the noises you described are the same with my Tein Flex. My car is also really low and my right rear passenger makes a clunk noise....

so is there no way around it?

Sounds like the rear clunk may be due to not enough rear suspension travel and you're hitting the bumpstop. Do you ever hear the clunk under different conditions?

I'm not that low(about 1.5 finger all around) but I have no noise under any condition. I run KW V3.

I have absolutely no finger room anywhere

You can but do you want to? Also there is a possibilty that the GC tophats *may* be able to help you. They say they provide about 1" more suspension travel, but would require modifications to work with any setup other than GC coils.

have you done an alignment? it helps wonders..will save your tires too

Aluminium pillowball, higher rated springs and more responsive shocks ... These are all improvements of handling. The downside is noise. There is no all round benefits of being dead silent while having rail-like handling. The more aggressive the setup of the coilovers are, the noiser they will be.
