Default YOU are the weakest link... (differential blues)

Well it seems that it was only a matter of time until this happened... as many locals know by now I've nuked my diff at the track last Friday. I'm in the process of changing it out with a replacement. I managed to get it open this evening to do an autopsy. It was ugly... pretty much soup in there. Almost everything was broken.

Dude....
That's terrible.
Good luck with repair/replacement. Hopefully you get better/stronger diff.

What are you planning to go with as replacement?

Looks like the same thing that happened to my diff when it went at 60K. Blew the half shaft out of the diff!!!!

I just had it replaced with an OEM diff. I am stock so it was probably due to many many miles of hard driving and "the dragon" taking its toll on the car.
