Off the top of my head you'll likely need a new crank, you'll definitely need a new rod, new piston, pin, rings, and the cylinder will need to be bored out and sleeved if it's beyond the service limit. All things considered you're going to spend half of what a replacement engine costs and there's a chance it won't be done right.

Yeah, it catches fingernails, hence boring is defo necessary. I would rather not put only one rod and piston - changing all pistons, rods, etc I thinks is better. Hence, would you recommend some piston and rod manufacturers which some of you guys has successfully and reliably used in F20C2, also suggestions for non-OEM crank would be nice, I am scared to ask Honda dealer for crank or short block. Thanks

Try to buy a used crankshaft they're out there. That's if the crankshaft is shot, you'll have to measure it. Again not a lot of room to play with. If your crankshaft is fine and the other cylinders are fine, why would you spend extra money?
