Default YELLOW BOX problems!

I installed my yellow box last night everything seemed to be working correctly eventhough I did not get the chance to mess with the switches.

This morning while driving however I noticed several issues that weren't there before.

1. NO MPH
2. GAS gauge would move up and down similiar to the RPM Gauge
3. Odometer mileage wasn't moving

I pulled the car over at that point and unplugged the YB, reconnected the BLUE/WHITE wires and everything came back to normal...

Can someone look at my wiring and confirm that I got it right. If so, why is it acting up???

Not sure if this may make the difference, but I'm also running EMS and got the install instructions from here:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...&f=22&t=119078

4th BLUE/WHITE wire connected to GREY wire

4th BLUE/WHITE wire coming from the clip connected to the WHITE wire

RED YB wire tapped into the Yellow wire w/ Grey Dashes (NO Black Stripes)

BLACK YB Wire grounded

The Yellow box has built-in diags. In it on the instructions that shipped with it. But the short version is that either bad power connections (either one) of bad connections from the speedo wire will generate this issue. Pull the Yellow box out of the car, and install the small jumper connector that shipped with the YB. If you still have the issue, then it is surely your connections.

Yeah, but they are all tied together. Can't make one work without the others.

Stratocaster:
"install the small jumper connector that shipped with the YB"

I still have the jumper connector, but have no clue on how to connect that part. I'm thinking its my power wire because that's the only wire that I didn't solder together, so will try that.

The green wire has been switched to Grey I think because I don't have a Green wire at all and others in the YB Install thread also have Grey wires now.

It only fits one way, the right way.

Also there is a factory ground location up a bit higher. Ground it to that location instead as well.
