Year 2000 Chirping sound from Trans Help

so it turned out to not be from the trans at all for me, I capped off one of the ports on the valve cover and the pressure was causing the chirping noise

oh! Do you remember exactly which one so I can possibly check mine?
during the time the sound started, I had actually just installed an oil catch can, so now I’m wondering if it might be a port similar to yours?

Omg, okay thank you! I’ll double check when I get home, but from what I remember I think my issue may be the same as yours. When I installed the catch can, I also installed by passes, I didn’t clamp those down so that MAY be also why. I guess this is what I get for trying to slow down the notorious oil burning hehe

I haven't been active but I got an email notification, hopefully it works out for you because I remember how annoyed i got when my car started chirping
