Default WTF just happened!

I'm driving around for a long time at night and everything seems fine... I pull down a back road and I flick on my brights.... nothing. Pull them, nothing. Push it, nothing. So I pull over, turn the lights COMPLETELY off and have my GF inside the car flash them... It flashes my HID . One, I know it isn't good to turn xenon or HID's on and off quickly so that CAN'T be good for them. And two, this is the first time I've used my brights in about 4-6 days so I don't know when it happened. What in the heck could have caused that???

No, the last thing we did was install a CAI and before that it worked... Since that install this was the first time I tried it. I thought MAYBE a fuse, but that wouldn't make my HID's blink. I am completely clueless...

HIDs blink when you flash the high beams. That's normal. If both high beams aren't working, then that just about rules out the bulbs. Go looking for fuses.

Incubus already answered this for you. He said "HIDs blink when you flash the high beams. That's normal."
