Just dropped the pan.
Hopefully this is the last of them.
They've been in there for 4 years.
Quick inspection shows no issues on internals, both in the head and under the crank.

Wow, it's amazing what passes for "adequate quality" these days. Every time I deal with custom stuff, I find another thing that I need to start double checking (or doing myself). Add "powdercoating beads" to the list.

You can still get your valve cover powdercoated, just choose a company that use chemical stripping and NOT a form of blasting(beads or sand), chemical stripping plus powdercoating should take 2days but its worth it
