ok before i go purchasing a extended warrenty for my S2k.. i was wondering would engine mounts and diff mounts be covered under warrenty?

Read the warranty contract. Most likely if it's not explicitly listed, then it's not covered.

It's in the fine print of you specific extended warranty contract.
