Worrying car symptoms!

Withhout trying to sound like I'm making a legitimate excuse for what your hearing, everything you hear may be normal.
These cars do make quite a lot of noise when the're brand new let alone one with 97k on the OD.
Along with the engine, it's reasonable to expect mechanical and non-mechanical parts to become looser over time and as the OD spins up.
Get an opinion from a trusted mechanic first then go from there. Either way it could save you some time and money down the line and thats not to mention a little peace of mind..

"There is also a problem with the transmission and diff. During low speeds the car, while turning, makes a chattering rotation. "
With my honda civic, (different car, I know..but might help you out) I would experience the chattering, or sounding like something was rattling, when i would turn right in 2nd gear only. It was a trans. problem and the 1st, 2nd, reverse gear set was replaced, as well as the reverse idler and reverse idler shaft.

I also have the start up rattle. I have a heavy right foot, so my car uses more oil than the average car. I just reguarly check my oil and keep a spare quart of Mobil 1 in the trunk. I notice the noise only comes back when I am running a little over on my oil change. But as soon as I change my oil the noise goes away. As long as you keep your oil level correct and change you oil at the proper interval then you should not have a problem.
