remove and test EVERY fuse under the hood and under the dash.
You think the way I've been testing them is unreliable, possible for a continuous loop somehow? I'll do it, because I got to get this car back on the road, going to laugh and cry if its a fuse thats been hiding!
@ Joe, so I really have tested all the fuses, but I am using my electrical tester, putting it into the loop (beep) mode whatever its called, and touching both small metal tips at the plastic top of each fuse, I have not taken them all out one by one, been testing them with the tester while they are still installed, I assume thats ok? As you guys know this fuse box under the steering wheel is herd to get to! lol

You need to be sure that you are touching the fuse on the opposite side of where the 12-volt is applied. In other words, the side after the voltage goes through the fuse.
The best thing to do is pull each fuse, one by one, and test the continuity across the fuse. Use the DC ohm setting to do this.

Yeh, fair do's, I think I will take the front seat out, its such a tight space, fingers crossed I find a blown fuse, I will pull them all and will check every one tomorrow, cheers everyone
Ok, I checked every single fuse 7.5, 10, 15 and 20A fuses, every single one is just fine
Can the relays be a cause, I wasn't sure how to test them, just looking now at the manual I guess they can be tested by turning on and off the appliance they control, could number 4 relay in the image be an issue at all? Any way to test this one?
So sadly, I'm wondering about the fuel pump, I honestly don't ever remember hearing this in the past, and I've watched a Youtube video earlier, looks like a real pain to access, I don't know why my ODB2 Reader won't work, surely if it was a fuel pump issue this would throw a lamp on the dash? At least an error code, I wonder why I cant get the ODB2 to work.

I'm looking here at the troubleshooting page, and it can't be the relay as its cranking. Sadly the first thing on this list is not working for me, I cant get the ODB2 reader to work, uurggghhh I wonder if its compatible I bought it just for this, tested on another vehicle and it works on that, cannot detect vehicle in Honda.
What year is your car?
If it is an UK car then I think these came with some kind of aftermarket alarm system known to cause troubles, might be worth checking.
Since the above is posted from the Service Manual may we assume you've looked at the Immobilizer section starting at p. 22-192? (Yeah, I'm losing track of the details in this thread. )
Fuse 25 seems to control the immobilizer including the indicator light.
