Oh no, absolutely gutted, still have the same problem, I have no clue if the new immobiliser works? Still no key light showing on the dashboard, can't believe this, damn, this car will be stuck on my drive, because just getting it to the garage will cost hundreds, and we still don't know what the problem is. What a massive downer.

Hundreds?

Know someone with a pickup truck or capable SUV? Here in Richmond (the one in Virginia! ) I can rent a automobile trailer for about $100 (£80) for the day. And I can call in favors to borrow a pickup truck or SUV.

We're deep into the thread so I'm sorry I don't remember if the fuel pump is getting power and running.

I still say there's a power issue you just haven't found it. Fuse, main relay, something

So, the new immobilizer didn't work?

Good to know. I checked and now see it's a little different from my EP3.

@TobesVibration Anything else in the car not working? It seems like door chime is not working when you insert the key before you start... Good clue.
The power source for this is the same to light the green key light. Can you send a picture of your interior fuse box and the fuse naming? I see it as "+B CLOCK". Should be 7.5A. I think it is in location 21 shown in Chuck S's pic. Again, this is for US, but maybe the same?

Have you checked ALL of the fuses?

That is an excellent suggestion.

Cars these days can have some complicated, interacting electrical setups.

Hey everyone, thanks for the continued support, it feels good to know I have some emotional backup, haha, I cannot quote you all, so I picked this one from Joe as maybe I need to learn more abut this chime noise. Though I don't remember that chime when the car was working. I still find it weird I dont see the green key on the dash light up, so let me look into this more. I've attached a pic of the fuse box, and that is the correct orientation.

@ Chuck: The fuel pump is still a weird one, I've never noticed this even when the car was working, to be clear, Im having to turn the key and listen at the same time, would I hear this from the front, I am wondering if this is the issue as its been mentioned a lot. btw sadly Im at least 1 hour from the Honda garage in the middle of nowhere, so they would charge to collect and drop off I guess a few hundred euros easy sadly!

@ Joe, so I really have tested all the fuses, but I am using my electrical tester, putting it into the loop (beep) mode whatever its called, and touching both small metal tips at the plastic top of each fuse, I have not taken them all out one by one, been testing them with the tester while they are still installed, I assume thats ok? As you guys know this fuse box under the steering wheel is herd to get to! lol

Is there a way to test this fuel pump? How would I know if its working or not? Also, to be clear this new immobiliser was OEM must be 20 years, it's possible its broken, but I guess Im clutching at straws here.

Grateful for the continued help, if Im lucky I'll find the issue!

Tobes
