Solonoid isn't kicking for starter. 3 options for you.

1. Long 3ft extension and careful placement touching starter and give it a couple whacks with hammer while someone else trying to start motor.
2. Replace starter. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-un...-pics-1115885/
3. Rebuild starter https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-un...video-1155273/

Maybe, just the starter solenoid needs replacing?

Had this same issue on a family member's '06 Accord K24. Starter would turn over but not engage on flywheel. Sure, could have rebuilt it, but instead chose to go with a Denso reman from RockAuto.
I also put in a new Honda reman starter when my original starter on the S2k was screeching on start-up. I think if I had the extra time, I would have attempted to rebuild the starter.
