Default Won't start

My AP1 was driving fine yesterday, no abnormal behavior from the car or the driver.

Went to start it this morning and it started and ran for 3-5 seconds before it shut off. Tried to start again and just cranks without firing.

I tried to start it two more times before looking for the issue.

Turn the key to ON I can hear the fuel pump prime and the starter solenoid.

The battery voltage around 12.6V. So car cranks fast and strong.

Pulled the plugs they all have fuel on them from the cranking. So fuel is there.

Grounded the coils 1 by 1 and observed spark/arch from each coil to the block/screw driver. So spark is there.

Checked all the fuses, none of them are blown.

No CEL on.

The only thing that looked odd was there was a puddle of water on top of the battery from sitting outside in the heavy rain last night.

Anyone have thoughts on what to check next? I was going to do a compression test in the morning. Friend suggested pull the crank sensor. Any other ideas?

Thanks!

Wouldn't a broken cam/crank sensor throw a code or would they simply prevent the engine from running?

Thought it might be the Clutch interlock switch that I had bypassed so I plugged it back in and tried to start it but no luck.
