I can guarentee you the problem will be back. check your clutch master cyl it is likely leaking. change it, then bleed bleed and bleed again. also, your slave cyl might be on its way out as well.

keep in mind that with poor tranny fluid, it will be hard to get into gear as well.

how many miles on the clutch? did u check the clutch engagement adjustment?

Sounds like its your sychronizer considering that first and reverse work off the same one and your having difficulty with both. You only prolonged whats bound to come back. You should really get that checked out before you do real damage.
