when car its off stick shift goes in as normal and as soon as i turn it on it start going without me letting go of the clutch.

You most likely do not have any fluid in the clutch system due to a failing clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder

i checked the clutch master cylinder and seems perfect with normal fluid level. also when i press down the clutch pedal when car is on the clutch pedal starts to vibrate really bad, and when the gear start to engage it makes like a scrapping noise or squeeky around my firewall area

and also im able to drive the car with sync shifting without using clutch

if it goes into gear with the car off it's not the transmission. its the clutch that's burnt out or anything related to the clutch assembly. pressure plate, bearing etc. bleed and check pressure in clutch hydraulics.
