Winter maintenance now or later?
Now that my car is garaged, I'm looking to do some maintenance on it. Such as replacing tranny fluid, differential fluid, and engine oil and some other fluids. Am I better off doing them now or wait until i'll be ungaraging it for the spring?

You shoulda changed the engine oil before you stored it so you might as well leave it till you begin to drive the car again. It's really better to give the car a good drive to warm up each fluid before pulling the drain plugs. Now that it's been sitting for a while, any "suspensions" have now had plenty of time to settle to the bottom and a "cold" drain won't get them out. This is especially true of the rear diff. Also, at this time of year, a cold drain of the fluids will leave a goodly layer of oil in the pan where it now touches the sides and bottom. Wouldn't you rather get it all hot and churned up and get out as much as you can?
