Windscreen Wiper Stops half way
Hey guys!
I was wondering if anyone can give me a heads up on what the go would be for my windscreen wiper!
Basically 1st and 2nd level won't work. 3rd level works fine. And the one where you push it up for one wipe.
However on the ones that work (3rd and Up once), if you turn it off or stop it, it'll stop half way.
I know it's not the control stalk as I've purchased a spare and tested it and same problem.
Any ideas? Cheers!

Read, read, read. His wipers move fine. They go over, they go back. All the way over, all the way back.
Its only if he tries the lower speed settings, they don't move at all. Also whatever it is that tells the wipers to complete their circuit and park themselves when you turn them off, that doesn't work, and the wipers stop wherever they happen to be when he switches them off (so he probably plays the game whenever he does use them of trying to time it right so they are near parked when the power cuts which is especially difficult because they are moving so fast sine they only work at the bigh speed setting).
Not sure what it is, but giving him answers to problem his symptoms don't align with isn't helping.

Actually, nevermind. I'm thinking it's the motor itself. Especially since it won't park properly. You could check at the motor and make sure you're getting the correct voltages right there to verify.

Hey thanks for the reply. It's AP1.
Sorry, but....where is the motor located for it? How would I check for voltage...will I have to buy a voltage reader:S?
