No, I don't think my fuse blew. The control module is behind the lower part of the passenger-side dash. There's a snap-in trim plate right where the passenger's knees would be. If you lay on your back in the floorboards on the passenger's side and look up behind the lower dash panel you should see it. It's a plastic box, about 4 inches square by 1-1/2 inches thick, attached to a metal bracket that is bolted to the firewall. There's a connector on one end.
Sorry. I threw away the bad module and the box the replacement module came in so I don't have the part number in front of me right now. I'll see if I can look it up in the shop manual in a little while. Do you have a copy of the shop manual?

I think it may be something else though, considering my fuse keeps blowing.

Nope. I can't find a receipt, box, or anything that has the part number of the control module. To get mine, I just went to the Honda dealer parts department and asked for a "Convertible Top Control Unit". That's what it's called in the shop manual.
I have the 2000-2003 shop manual. If you have it, check out pages 22-139 through 22-146. That's the Component Location Index, schematics, and trouble-shooting procedure for the convertible top control unit. If you don't have the shop manual, send me your email address and I'll scan the pages in and send them to you.
Oops. Just saw your latest post. Well, if your control unit is bad it could be blowing the fuses. Anyway, the trouble-shooting procedure and schematic really help to zero in on the problem.

Hey. Try this...
Unplug your Convertible Top Control Unit, replace the fuse, and see if it blows again. That should tell you whether the problem is the control unit or not. By the way, you can drive the car with the Convertible Top Control Unit unplugged. It doesn't affect anything critical. I drove around with mine removed for a couple of weeks while I was waiting for the replacement.
