Dangit! I am a victim of the dreaded "child proof lock". I had tools in hand getting ready to check fuses and remove the passenger door panels. Good thing I checked forums first. Must have clicked the danged thing while adjusting the bloody side mirrors. Doh! 
I will gladly wear the "noob" cap today.

Its not the switch, I searched and saw that all over the forum!!!! I have a integra type-r and have had 4 Honda's in the family so know that switch well!!!!!
When I operate the roof the window does nothing, it stays still.
Drivers side works perfectly, operates as it always has done off the switch and when operating the roof, passenger side does nothing at all.

maybe the motor is broken
, do you hear the relay clicking ?
