Default Window interior to exterior adjustment

Someone recently tried to break into the car but appears to have only succeeded in somehow placing the window out of alignment.

When going up it aligns fine, but when all the way down it’s bowing out towards the door skin - in the pictures below you can see it pushing the seal out.

All the adjustment threads are for the bow / stern adjustment, and I can’t find out to how adjust the down position.

Any suggestions?

So it goes up and down like normal? I'd take off the door card and make sure they didn't move the glass guides. They're bolts you see on top of the door after you take off the card.

True, I thought that but if I hold the glass when all the way down, I can pull it in with relative easy back into the position it should be in so the top guides aren't pushing it out

The window is tracking in the front guide by the edge of the door fine.
