Winding noise on start. Dont know how to fix it.

I was the installer that did the actual clutch work. Fyi the clutch had to be changed twice due to a bad f1racing junk the pressure plate fractured in 3 place with not even 2 miles up the road with light driving. So the car was towed back and we order the customer bought a compition clutch stage 4. Starter installed back in and torque'd to spec. Note it's still the original flywheel just resurfaced nothing else has changed.

I personally think the starters on it's way out.

Shims on a Honda starter? Sorry but this isn't a v8. I've built Honda for over 8years and never seen a Honda starter have or need shim's
I'm not questioning your skills but if you've built hondas for 8 years why can't you find the problem?

Presonally I said it has to do with the starter. I'm not here to bash on any one.
