Default wilwood brake info.......

i got the brakes installed sometime ago, but never had them mounted under stock wheels until this weekend.....WOW what a tight fit......

the installer had to actually remove all the weight strips and static balance the tires as there was only about 2 or 3 mm's of clearance between the caliper and underside of the stock wheel.....

is everyone static balancing their front wheels for this application??

My wheel balance weights are moved to the inner part of the wheels.

I just moved the weights 2" further in on the rim...

1. honestly, i don't know......but they did it, and i have no vibrations or wheel weights on the rims...

static balancing is where the weights on the wheels are only on the inside.

otherwise there's a weight on the inside and on the outside (which can also be a tape weight).

Static balancing is "single plane", Dynamic balancing is when weights are added in more than one plane.
